Ray Wang on Dreamforce, social trust and new products

At Dreamforce, Salesforce.com's annual user conference, the company unveiled a host of new products. A talent management product called Work.com, an identity management product called Salesforce Identity and a Dropbox-like feature for the enterprise called Chatterbox.

Yet one of the key points of CEO Marc Benioff's opening keynote was the importance of trust with the social enterprise and its importance to the social customer.
