To reduce risks, you need to identify assets related to SaaS application when developing on PaaS and assign each asset with a value. Look into software design flaws or improper access control configurations to improve on firewall configurations and decrease data vulnerability. Risks should be quantitatively assessed and fixed using cost-effective safeguards that cater for all the identified potential problems. Lastly, look into having a risk mitigation policy specifically suited for your organization.
